Hello, I’m Lauren.
I’m Curious and Intuitive. Empathetic and Intentional. Adaptable and Accountable. A Problem Solver, Systems Thinker, and Builder. Lifelong Learner. Mental Health Advocate. Mindfulness Practitioner. Inclusive Ally. Climber, Trail Runner, Skier, and Yogi.
My unique journey has been fueled by curiosity and wonder, trust in the human experience, and the rich learnings within each unique opportunity. How I live life profoundly impacts the way that I show up and the work I do in the world.
From leading people ops & talent within startups to sharing hard truths with founders — I learned how to listen deeply, ask powerful questions, have crucial conversations with grace, honesty, respect, and collaborative intention, and how to find common understanding.
From living my formative childhood years in Indonesia to lobbying, advocating, and fighting for international policy change in Washington, DC to protect human rights — I learned to love and appreciate the beauty of diverse cultures, to adapt to new environments, and to acknowledge the privilege I was born into.
From navigating the immigrant employer visa system so we can hire the best person for the role to facilitating teams through values discovery workshops — I learned that my superpower is in the enablement and uplifting of others.
From years of somatic therapy, quiet mornings in deep reflection, meditation, and intentional journaling — I learned to work through hard things, be in discomfort, honor healing, and give myself permission to dream big.
From serving as a company leader to performing as a sponsored athlete — I learned to perform under pressures, balance discipline and boundaries, and the power of rest.
From solo traveling around the world to being rooted within solid consistent community — I learned that we all have opportunity to learn from ourselves and from others.
From teaching English in Bangkok’s largest slum to guiding single mothers in Tanzania and young women in Jakarta on their entrepreneurial journeys — I learned that humans are resilient, courageous, kind, innovative, intelligent, and remarkable everywhere.

"Our identities are open systems, and so are our lives. It takes confident humility to admit that we're in a work in progress.”
— Adam Grant
I’m passionate about
Supporting humans on their unique journey to living the best version of their lives. Life is too short (and long) to not enjoy it.
Living a life connected with my body, mind, and spirit, and integrated with nature. For me this includes being in mother nature, meditating, journaling, rock climbing, trail running, skiing, waking up under the stars, learning new cultures through travel, building community, creative projects, trying to keep my house plants alive, and experimenting in the kitchen.
My daily reflection practice takes various forms of quiet meditation, guided wisdom, intentional movement, stillness, journaling, or reading as I meet myself where I am and what I need each day. Rain, shine, or snow, I intentionally feel the weather every day to notice the smells, sounds, feel; to be in nature and feed my soul. I check in on mind, body, and soul to see where I need to grow, and surround myself with mentors, coaches, and healers who are equally committed to supporting me in this journey.
